What currency is used in the store?

All prices in the store are in Swedish kronor (kr) including 25% Swedish VAT.

There is a flat-rate price on all orders according to the destination country.

Free shipping is available for larger orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Most orders are shipped with DHL. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Where is my order confirmation?

An order confirmation automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order.

Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Your items are usually packed and handed over to a shipping carrier company within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Most orders are handled by DHL.

The Friendly Cat Fabrics is located in Sweden, so holidays that can interfere with processing time are according to the Swedish calendar.

Processing time can take up to a week during the Swedish school holidays in July.


Can I return a product?

The Friendly Cat Fabrics is based in Sweden and follow the EU and Swedish legislation regarding returns and refunds.

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase from The Friendly Cat Fabrics online store, but if for some reason you are not happy about the received item, you must contact me within a 14 days period after receiving the purchased items to let me know that you want to return it by writing an email to

The item in must be in a condition where it can be sold again. Fabrics that have been cut, washed or in any way altered cannot be returned. Fabrics bought by the dm from a roll cannot be returned for a full refund since it has been cut to your requirements.

What do I do if the product is damaged?

If the package is visibly damaged when you pick it up at your local DHL service point, you must let the person handing you the package that it is damaged and make sure that they register it.

If upon unboxing, you see that the items that you have purchased have been damaged, you should let me know as soon as possible by sending an email to - no later than 5 days from receiving the package.
